Professional and Content Standards
Every public professional contributes to the trust clients place in Booka. These standards explain the minimum expected from listed accounts.
Accurate profiles
Names, locations, services, prices, descriptions, experience, qualifications, and availability must be truthful and current. Professionals must not imply that Booka guarantees their work or that approval is a professional licence.
- Use one primary account for the same professional or business.
- Clearly describe what a listed price includes and identify estimates.
- Remove services that are no longer offered.
- Use reachable contact information controlled by the professional.
Portfolio integrity and client privacy
Portfolio images should show work performed by the professional or content they are authorized to display. Obtain the client’s permission before publishing identifiable photographs. Do not upload private conversations, identity documents, medical information, unrelated stock photographs, or another professional’s work.
Content must not be sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, deceptive, or designed primarily to shock. Beauty and wellness photographs should focus on the service and be presented in a professional context.
Hygiene, safety, and respectful conduct
Professionals are expected to follow applicable health, safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements. Explain material risks, product sensitivities, preparation, aftercare, and circumstances in which a service should not proceed. Tools and work areas should be cleaned and handled appropriately for the service.
Treat clients fairly and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, coercive payment demands, threats, and misuse of client contact information are not permitted.
Enforcement and reports
Booka may request evidence, edit discovery status, remove individual content, suspend an account, or permanently remove a profile. The response depends on severity, available evidence, repeated behavior, and immediate risk.
Reports can be sent to contact@bookaet.com with the profile URL and a clear explanation. Booka may not be able to disclose private investigation details but will review credible reports.
